I love this product. I like that the ball is plastic so it doesn't rust. But the protein I use do not mix well. For best mixing efficiency, use your liquid warm to hot to get the powder to break down. For the price it's decent. The green bottom is a cup that you can use to pour the protein into. It has a nice handle to carry this bottle with also. I would buy again.

Love it! Best shaker cup I've ever had. It looks cool. Leftover protein can get stuck in the ball which cause my shaker cup to get a moldy smell. So make sure you especially rinse out the shaker ball after every use. And if you do get a moldy smell in it, I was able to remove the odor in less than 2 hours by rinsing the cup, pouring some coffee grounds in closing the lid and shaking it around the cup so the grounds adhere to all surfaces. Leave the lid closed and it should be good after you let it sit a little while.

This cup is the best! Big enough, easy to open and close. Doesn't leak when I shake. And I love that you push the cap back then the handle folds back to hold it down so it doesn't hit me in the nose while I drink. Perfect design! Also love the holder in the bottom.
