How to correctly size your bushing
:  The bushing must match the shaft diameter of your motor/equipment.
Example: If your motors shaft diameter is 5/8" in width, you would need a 5/8"bushing.
The Bolts that come with the bushing allows you to connect the bushing to the pulley. Your electric motor shaft comes with a keyseat "
this is the long rectangular peg that is attached to the side of your motors shaft
". The keyseat on the side of your motor shaft fits through the square indention on the inside of the bushing to prevent slippage. the Keyseat is not included with the bushing except of 1 3/8" bushings. every electric motor in production today comes with the Keyseat installed on the motors shaft.

Electric motors will ship from the nearest available warehouse located throughout the United States. Shipping the motors direct saves you time and saves us freight costs. If the motor is unavailable at the nearest warehouse, it will be shipped from our stock here in ATL.  The weight and transit time will depict whether or not the motor ships ground or by truck.
To avoid any confusion with the shipping company, we ask that you provide your telephone # where you can be reached if a delivery set up is neccessary.
Almost all trucking companies have policies that a phone # must be provided on residential deliveries.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy:
Return Policies: We have a 14 day return policy. Arrangements must be made within 14 days of purchase. Although Seldom, if the part you ordered is defective, we will make the proper arrangements to correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
If the buyer orders the wrong part, It is up to them to pay the to and from freight charge on the exchange. We do not charge a  restocking fee if an exchange is in order. No restocking fee is in order as long as the customer returns the part and pays the freight charge to have the correct part sent to them.
If the buyer orders a part by mistake and wants to return it for a full refund. We will refund the total amount less the freight charge that we paid to have the part sent to them. In addtion, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help offset the time, shipping supplies and personel that was used to ship the item. This policy protects from losing money when the customer orders by mistake.
