IVL1-8/13 (ИВЛ1-8/13) is a Russian (USSR) (12+1) - digit, (7 + dot), segment VFD clock tube.
Tube are new (old stock) and never used.
Main characteristics of the indicator IVL1-7 / 5:

3. We use UkrPoshta (Ukranian Post) for all our International  deliveries. Once your package passes through customs it will be delivered by your local post office.

Delivery time lasts approx.
1) United States & Canada up to 20 business days.
2) Europe: up to 21-24 (except Germany and Italy, delivery time can take up to 1 month)

Asia & Australia: the delivery can take up to 2 months, but  usually it arrives much earlier.
